A playground for Unity Park: help our neighbors in Nha Trang

We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $450 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Unity Park, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $450. It will serve about 284 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in February and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $450 goes: • Materials: $270 • Permits and inspections: $35 • Safety equipment and signage: $80 • Tools hire and delivery: $65 Glad we found this place.
