A pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest would change everything for Angelica

I have been offered a job as a data-entry clerk in Quezon City, starting in three weeks. The job requires a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 7 weeks. A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help. I'm a hard worker, with three references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 20 km of Quezon City. I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation. I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
