A pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest would change everything for Vinh
Vinh has a job offer starting next month but needs a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest to get there or do the work.

I have been offered a job as a tailor's apprentice in Thủ Đức, starting next month. The job requires a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 10 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with three references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 25 km of Thủ Đức.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
