Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in Munich to donate time or work at cost.

In April an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,900 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $135.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thinking of you, Karl. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
keep going, Karl. Hope you get there. Blessings.
stay strong, Karl. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Columbus this morning. God bless
