Looking for a licensed electrician in Iztapalapa to donate time or work at cost.

In May an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $350 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $60.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out
wishing you peace. Hope this works out for you. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Rooting for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Denver.
