A kind person to sit with my mother on weekday afternoons in Rome

I'm Christian, and I look after my mother at home in Rome. Teresa has early memory loss and should not be alone for long stretches. I work early shifts, and the gap on weekday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 5pm. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Teresa loves gardening and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Teresa present, and I'm happy to give a reference from our neighbor.
