A few hours of employment lawyer time could save Jackson's home
Looking for a pro bono employment lawyer in California for a case with a deadline in May.
🇺🇸 United States170 views
I'm facing a debt-collection lawsuit I believe is invalid, with a hearing on May. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified employment lawyer licensed in California who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in San Jose or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending love. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of San Jose.
Wishing you the best, Jackson. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Thủ Đức this morning. Thinking of San Jose
This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of San Jose.
