Okan is launching a language school and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a language school in Hannover next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Muzaffarpur
