I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Perth next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Hang in there. Hope you make a strong comeback. God bless.
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Wish I lived closer to Fort Worth so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Campinas
