A business mentor for Ionuț's new garage in București
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a garage in București next August. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a garage, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Praying for you. Small businesses are the heart of București. Hope you're open again soon. After 10 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Saint Petersburg
this could happen to any of us. Wish I lived closer to San Jose so I could bring a meal. All the best
