97 pairs of children's shoes for Cedar Refugee Centre
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Cedar Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Cedar Refugee Centre in Cape Town. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Cape Town, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Refugee Centre on Tuesday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thanks for sharing this, Dumisani. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Cape Town
