I coordinate donations at Pioneer Women's Shelter in Coimbatore. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Coimbatore, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Pioneer Women's Shelter on Thursday between 10am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Pioneer Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I hope life is good to you.

Thinking of you, Ankit. This could happen to any of us. All the best.
Best of luck, Ankit. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Chiang Mai.
