81 pairs of children's shoes for the Cedar Mosque
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Cedar Mosque.
🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia963 views
I coordinate donations at the Cedar Mosque in Jakarta Selatan. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Jakarta Selatan, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Cedar Mosque on Saturday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Cedar Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thanks for being kind about this.

best of luck. Looking forward to the next update. Wish I lived closer to Cologne so I could bring a meal. God bless.
Good luck, Vino. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My husband and I read this together. All the best
Sending love, Vino. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Wish I lived closer to Ribeirão Preto so I could bring a meal. All the best
Hang in there. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We're a small family in Abuja but we're thinking of you.
You're not alone, Vino. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better.
Shared it with a few friends. Put this on a community board in Tallahassee this morning. God bless
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best
