Majid was diagnosed with gallstones with repeated infections in August. The surgeon at Leeds General Hospital recommended knee replacement surgery, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $5,750, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $3,450 short.
my husband has been in and out of Leeds General Hospital since August. The doctors say gallstones with repeated infections will get worse without knee replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $5,750 is more than we can find.
