74 pairs of children's shoes for the Lotus Primary School
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Lotus Primary School.

I coordinate donations at the Lotus Primary School in Fort Worth. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Fort Worth, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Primary School on Friday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you and your family, Carolina. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Take care.
You're not alone, Carolina. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Ottawa
