Mental health support for Luís after a violent robbery

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Campinas Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Luís.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 24 therapy sessions comes first ($350) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Good question.
