I coordinate donations at Liberty Women's Shelter in Caxias do Sul. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Caxias do Sul, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Liberty Women's Shelter on Wednesday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Liberty Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
