I coordinate donations at the Pioneer Family Centre in Rawalpindi. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Rawalpindi, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Pioneer Family Centre on Saturday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Pioneer Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you. Shared it with a few friends. After 9 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

        • Sending love, Dua. Hope this works out for you. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
