We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?

Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 262 neighbors in Sacramento. I help organize it with 11 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
