19 volunteers for the Clean Streets Saturday in Kisumu
Give a few hours to the Clean Streets Saturday - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya1,116 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 386 neighbors in Kisumu. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Kisumu
- skills
- friendly attitude, willingness to help

sending love, Nafula. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Kisumu.
