Helping people break into farming

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Meadowbank Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2019. I still have your notes. Greetings from New York.
