Mentor in nursing and finance

For 35 years I've mentored people in nursing and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Qiang: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
