For 40 years I've run the baseball program at Mekelle St. Anne's Sports Club in Mekelle. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
