For 31 years I've run the athletics program at Depok Athletic Club in Depok. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Yuni
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
