Yui Yamashita
Mentor in engineering and leadership
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- Setagaya Learning Hub
- 1996 to 2007
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Setagaya Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Yui
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
