Mentor in farming and leadership
- 🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Mississauga Community Trust
- 2001 to 2012
- English, Mandarin
For eleven years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
