Yinka Okechukwu Nwankwo

Self-taught graphic design artist

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Badagry Art Collective
  • 1995 to 2025
  • English
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1995 at Badagry Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Badagry Art Collective, which keeps me honest. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Yinka

I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Yinka: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
