Yeshi Roman Abate
Mentor in small business and entrepreneurship
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Addis Ababa Community Trust
- 2011 to 2019
- English, Amharic, Spanish
For eight years I've mentored people in small business and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Yeshi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
