Almaz Mekonnen
Volunteer mentor with Lakeview Youth Network
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Lakeview Youth Network
- 2015 to 2023
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Lakeview Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Almaz: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
