For eight years I ran the athletics program at Maple Ridge Boxing Gym in Kyiv. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
What gifts mean to Yana: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
