Welding, done properly
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Trades Guild
- Since 2012
- English, Hausa
My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 2012 in Ikeja and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
More about Yakubu
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Yakubu: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
