I'm a mentor in leadership. I spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Xolani
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
