Volunteer mentor with Bayview Association
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Bayview Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Xolani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2013. I still have your notes. Greetings from Tamale.
