Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Amsterdam Community Trust
- 1997 to 2020
- Dutch
For 23 years I've mentored people in engineering and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
