William L. Contreras
Local tiling and thatching
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- The Houston Shop
- Since 2006
- English
I've worked in tiling since 2006. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 920 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
More about William
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to William: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You fixed our roof in 2025 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Da Nang.
