I've coached swimming at Leicester St. Joseph's Boxing Gym since 1997. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
More about Wayne
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
