I've coached volleyball at Manchester Queensway Athletic Club since 2017. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Wayne
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
