For 48 years I've run the cycling program at Aurora Westbrook Boxing Gym in Aurora. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
