For 28 years I've run the cycling program at Manchester Swimming Club in Manchester. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Waylon
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
