Waweru Barasa Mushi
Coached cross country for 41 years in Mwanza
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Mwanza Athletic Club
- Since 1985
- English, Swahili
I've coached cross country at Mwanza Athletic Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

You coached me in 1995. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ottawa.
