Wasantha Madushan Ranasinghe

Glass art and illustration artist

  • 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
  • Crescent Art Collective
  • 2005 to 2022
  • English
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 2005 at Crescent Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Wasantha

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Wasantha: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
