Wanjiru Hellen Salim

Special education and biology teacher, Kampala

  • 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
  • Cedar Grove Middle School
  • 2006 to 2014
  • English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
