I've coached softball at Toronto Harmony Swimming Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Walter
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
