Viviane Larissa Gonçalves
Mentor in nursing and design
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Orchid Association
- Since 1997
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Orchid Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
