Vivian Beck
Farming mentor, Sydney

For 45 years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Vivian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Vivian: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
