Helping people break into engineering

For 36 years I've mentored people in engineering and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Micah: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
