Viraj Prasanna Dissanayake
Trades mentor, Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Ashford Learning Hub
- 2011 to 2024
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Ashford Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Viraj
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Viraj: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
