Madushan Nuwan Mendis
Small business mentor, Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Since 2014
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Kandy Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Madushan: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2019. I still have your notes. Greetings from Coimbatore.
