I teach architecture at Dehiwala Institute of Technology since 2004, and supervised 33 dissertations along the way. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Viraj: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
