Volunteer mentor with Colombo Learning Hub
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka

For 32 years I've mentored people in teaching and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Viraj
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
